Roger Ilsely, Sr Sales Trainer with Essent Guaranty will give us tips on organizing and planning a more effective day and week. We then will have a panel to talk about how the changes with TRID are affecting our business.
Roger has 12 years experience spanning the mortgage insurance, banking, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Essent, he worked as a Senior Training Instructor for a national financial services company delivering relationship sales and coaching workshops. Roger's mortgage insurance background includes 8 years delivering business skills workshops to mortgage lenders in the US.
