Fannie Mae has made changes that affect the WHEDA Advantage Conventional Programs. Dave Rouse will review these changes that are effective with DU casefiles submitted September 5, 2019 and after. Join this session to understand what the changes mean to Lenders.

Speaker Bio:
Dave Rouse is a seasoned, mission based, Banking and Real Estate Lending veteran. In leadership roles at Bank Mutual, Anchor Bank and West Allis Savings Bank, as well as the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, Rouse has fine tuned a skill set that includes:

*Sales management - goal setting, training and coaching
*New Product rollout and Major Product Line responsibility
*Recruiting and employee development
*Meeting planning and presentation skills
*Credit quality assessment
 
In August of 2017 - Dave was appointed by Wisconsin's Governor Scott Walker to serve on the Governor's Council for Financial Literacy.
