Presenter:   Emily Thoms, Associate Attorney, Wisconsin at Codilis, Moody & Circelli
Emily Thoms is a supervising attorney with Codilis, Moody & Circelli, P.C., a firm which centers its practice on foreclosure and default servicing related litigation.  Emily joined the Codilis firm in 2017, but has been practicing in this area since 2012.  In her role at CMC, Emily is responsible for prosecuting contested foreclosure actions and defending lenders in other real estate-related litigation. 
 
Emily hails from Minneapolis, MN.  Emily obtained her dual B.A. degrees in Spanish and Philosophy from Marquette University in 2005 and her Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law in 2009. 

Emily Thoms is currently on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee WMBA Chapter.
