Exhibitor Set-Up at the Brookfield Conference Center is scheduled during the following times:

• Wednesday, 11/3 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
• Thursday, 11/4 from 7:00am - 7:30am

Please Check in at Conference Registration when you arrive, and we will direct you to your table location. 

On Thursday, November 4, there will be three (3) exhibitor times scheduled into the agenda for conference registrants to visit with exhibitors:

7:30am - 8:00am            Continental Breakfast + Exhibit Time
9:45am - 10:30am          Break + Visit the Exhibitors
1:30pm - 2:15pm            Dessert + Visit Exhibitors

All exhibitor activities will take place in Connect A. 

You will be able to break down your exhibit after the last conference registrants have left Connect A (following the 1:30pm - 2:15pm break) to continue on to the next session. Please do not break down early.


Exhibitor fees includes:

• Two (2) full conference registrations - Evening reception not included
• Company name included in the exhibitor listing at the event
• Company logo included on onsite event signage.
• Company logo in the conference program

Single Exhibit Table - $750

Double Exhibit Table - $1,000
